How to maintain an electronic fan?
03-01,2023
1. Inspect the fan motor
An obvious symptom of a burned-out fand motor is failure of the electronic fan. If the fan circuit and the thermostat switch prove to be in normal conditions through inspection, but the fan won’t work after power-on, the fan motor is broken and should be replaced.
2. Measure the startup temperature of the electronic fan
The electronic fan startup temperature varies among different models, but not significantly. The engine should start to run during temperature rise. If this is not the case, the electrical device concerned should be inspected.

3. Measure the shutdown temperature of the electronic fan
When the temperature of the engine drops, the electronic fan will gradually stop, indicating that the electronic fan works normally. If this is not the case, the electric device concerned should be inspected.
