Symptoms of a failed blower:
There is no air flowing out of the air outlet, or the air flow is abnormal.
There is abnormal noise (vibration sound or sharp metal friction sound).
Reasons for failures of a blower:
An electrical system malfunction (e.g., short circuit or open circuit) may cause damage to the blower.
The motor bearing is stuck or the carbon brush is worn, leading to absent or abnormal air flow.
Vehicle waterlogging causes the blower to become damp and short circuited.
Excessive resistance during cold start of the motor in winter results in aging and damage of the blower.

Advantages of vika blowers:
The vika blowers feature higher roundness and concentricity of motor shaft, more stable air output, lower noise, and a longer service life.
The rotor with enamel wires features higher sensitivity and more significant power saving.
The blowers use the same raw materials as original OE parts, leading to a high level of product consistency.
