What is the purpose of oil cooler?
02-20,2023
Oil cooler is designed to cool lubricant oil and control its temperature within a normal working range. An oil cooler is necessary for high-power engines due to high thermal load. During engine operations, as the temperature increases, the oil grows thinner with lower viscosity, and the lubrication performance degrades accordingly.
For this reason, an oil cooler is mounted on some engines to cool the oil and maintain certain viscosity. The oil cooler is arranged on circulation oil pipelines in the lubrication system, and works on the same principle as radiator.
Advantages of vika oil cooler:
1. Product appearance: The product surface is bright and smooth as a result of fine processing.
2. Brazing process: The whole brazing process consists of three stages: temperature rise, temperature maintenance, and temperature drop. The vacuum degree in the furnace is well controlled throughout theses stages. A typical production cycle covers about 8 hours. This brazing process guarantees consistent product quality.
3. Product parts: chips, welding pieces, spacer rings, and fins.
The product surface is bright and smooth as a result of fine processing.
