Reasons for oil leakage in a steering gear:
Wear of steering gear seal: The seal may wear and age after prolonged use, leading to oil leakage.
Loose or damaged steering pipeline: Loose or damaged connection of steering pipeline may cause oil leakage.
The steering gear is defective: A design or manufacturing defect of the steering gear may also lead to oil leakage.
Solutions to oil leakage of the steering gear:
Check and replace the sealing components of the steering gear: If any sealing component is found to be worn or aged, replace it in a timely manner to solve the oil leakage problem.
Check and repair the steering pipeline: Check if the connection of the steering pipeline is loose or damaged. Repair or replace it if necessary.
Replace the steering gear: If it is discovered that the steering gear has a defect that cannot be repaired, the whole steering gear should be replaced.

The inner hole is subject to three processes of honing, meeting internal roundness and roughness requirements.
Post-processing burrs are removed by means of surface sandblasting.
Performance: High internal cleanliness of the product, smooth oil circuit, and precise void angle and size are ensured, leading to accurate steering assistance time.
