Air leakage of a valve chamber cover refers to air escaping from the valve chamber cover due to poor sealing. The symptoms may include the following:

1. Engine oil leakage: Air leakage of the valve chamber cover may result in apparent oil stains around the engine.

2. Unstable engine operation: Air escaping from the valve chamber cover may affect the pressure balance in the valve chamber, which in turn results in unstable engine operation and possible vibration or misfire.

3. Louder engine noise: Air escaping from the valve chamber cover may cause abnormal noise during engine operation, such as pinking or abnormal sound.

4. The cover is produced in a welding process with EMERSON welder imported from USA. With a size tolerance down to 0.02MM, it features good dimensional stability, ensuring both accurate operation and elegant appearance.
