Working principle of automotive electronic fan:
An automotive electronic fan works on the principle of thermal switch control. When the water temperature rises to specified upper limit, the temperature controller will power on the fan to allow it to work. When the water temperature drops to the specified lower limit, the temperature controller will power off the fan.
Possible reasons for loud noise of an automotive electronic fan:
1. In a long drive, the engine water may become hot, and the continuous operation of the electronic fan at a higher RPM may result in loud noise of the fan. This problem can be solved by allowing the water to cool to ambient temperature.
2. Insufficient lubrication of the automotive electronic fan may lead to loud noise during its operation. Special lubricant can be added to solve this problem.
3. Components of the automotive electronic fan may wear severely after long use and generate excessive noise during operation. In this case, the worn components should be replaced to solve this problem.

vika’s solution to loud noise of electronic fan:
1. vika electronic fan Adoptions of low reduction design.
2. Use of OE certified material.
