What are common failures of a balancing bar connecting rod?

04-16,2025

Common failures of a balancing bar connecting rod:

1. Deformation or fracture of the connecting rod: A severe impact or overload on the vehicle may cause deformation or fracture of the connecting rod.

2. Worn or loose ball head: The ball head connects the stabilizer bar assembly to the shock absorber. It may wear or become loose after long use, resulting in noise and other issues.

3. Cracking of the ball head dustproof cover: After the dustproof cover cracks, lubrication grease will flow out, and sediment and rainwater will enter and accelerate abnormal wear of the ball head, thus causing abnormal noise and other problems.

vika balancing bar connecting rod: Abnormal noise is eliminated through in-situ installation. The rods are replaced in pairs to ensure good balance and stability. They are comparable to OE products in performance and more durable.

1. The ball joint is made of 40Cr material subject to thermal treatment and precision grinding.

2. High-quality imported lubricating grease is used for vika balancing bar connecting rod to reduce ball head wear and make ball pin more durable.

3. The dustproof cover is made of high-quality chloroprene rubber, which is more resistant to oil, heat, wear, and aging, and leads to a long service life without cracking.

4. The body of the connecting rod is treated in a zinc-nickel alloy electroplating process, resulting in long-term resistance to corrosion and rust.
