What are common symptoms of a failed heat radiator valve?
11-12,2024
The heat radiator valve on an automobile serves the purpose of opening/closing the hot water circuit. It is located between the main engine radiator and the heat radiator. After the heat radiator valve is opened, hot water can flow through the heat exchanger, and heat is then transferred to the driver’s cab by the blower to warm the air there.
Common symptoms of a failed heat radiator valve:
1. The heat radiator valve fails to open: After the temperature is set to a high level, the air flowing out of the outlet is still not hot.
2. The heat radiator valve fails to close: After the temperature is set to a low level, the air flowing out of the outlet is still hot.
3. Adjustment failure: In the automatic mode of the air conditioner, the air in the car cannot reach a constant temperature state.
Main causes of failures:
The use of low-quality antifreeze has resulted in valve head corrosion.
The voltage in the car may be lower than 12V or even lower than 8V, preventing the electronic heat radiator valve from being turned off.
The product sealing is poor.

Advantages of vika electronic heat radiator valve:
1. Sealing ring: The material or the ring has been changed to fluorosilicone rubber, which is corrosion resistant, and can tolerate a temperature between -40°C and 200°C, leading to greater durability.
2. Enclosure: Better sealing effect is achieved with positioning points and chamfers.
3. The integrated design of vika electronic heat radiator valve results in more stable operation status.
