What is the working principle of auxiliary electronic pump?
05-20,2024
Automotive auxiliary electronic pump is a water pump used to assist with operation of the engine cooling system. Its working principle is described as follows:
1. Sensor detection: Whenever the engine temperature reaches a certain level, the sensor will detect it and send a signal to the control unit of the vehicle.
2. Control unit response: After receiving the signal from the sensor, the control unit will control operation of the auxiliary electronic pump depending on parameter settings.
3. Water pump startup: The control unit will start operation of the auxiliary electronic pump through the circuit.
4. Auxiliary cooling: After the auxiliary electronic pump starts operation, it will extract coolant from the engine cooling system and deliver it to the radiator to help cool down the engine.
5. Circulation control: The auxiliary electronic pump will continue to work until the engine temperature drops to a defined level, after which the control unit will stop operation of the water pump.
Through the above processes, the automotive auxiliary electronic pump can effectively assist in cooling of the engine cooling system, thus ensuring normal operation of the engine and extending its service life.

Advantages of vika STO auxiliary electronic pump:
1. Integrated circuit boards with a unique design are used for vika STO auxiliary electronic pump. These circuit boards are manufactured with imported SMT machines from Japan, solving the problem of high-temperature burning;
2. The inner diameter of the water inlet of vika STO auxiliary electronic pump has been increased by 3 mm, leading to a 23% increase in water inflow;
3. The full R-angle transition design of the pump head for vika STO auxiliary electronic pump ensures smooth water flow, high pressure resistance, and effective heat dissipation;
4. The pump head and body of vika STO auxiliary electronic pump are assembled using Siemens fully automatic electric torque wrenches and receive 100% airtightness testing to ensure proper sealing without water leakage.
