What are possible causes of a broken electronic auxiliary water pump?

10-16,2023

Circuit fault: The circuit board of an electronic water pump is an important component for ensuring its normal operation. A malfunctioned circuit board will prevent the electronic water pump from operating normally and even lead to start failure. Common circuit faults include improper wiring of the circuit board, aged capacitors, and burndown of components. The faults of the electronic water pump circuit can be solved by replacing or repairing the circuit board.

Pump body fault: If the pump body of the electronic water pump fails due to reasons such as aged or damaged seals, water leakage, oil leakage or other symptoms may develop.  To address this, the user needs to replace the seals or the pump body.

Other faults: Other faults of the electronic water pump, such as motor failure and bearing failure, may also interfere with normal function of the electronic water. Such faults can be fixed by replacing corresponding components.

Technical improvements of STO electronic auxiliary water pump:

1. The integrated circuit board of STO electronic auxiliary water pump features a unique design, and is manufactured with placement machines imported from Japan. The problem of high-temperature burndown has been effectively addressed;

2. The ID of water inlet is enlarged by 3 mm, and consequently the water flow of STO electronic auxiliary water pump is increased by 23%;

3. The head of STO electronic auxiliary water pump is based on a full R-angle transition design, which leads to smooth water discharge, high pressure resistance, and excellent heat dissipation;

4. The head and body of STO electronic auxiliary water pump are assembled using fully automatic torsional power control wrench of Siemens, and is subject to 100% air tightness testing to ensure good sealing without water leakage.
