In order to solve the problems of burning oil and abnormal noise, vika upgraded the original diaphragm material, the position of the pressure relief valve and the width of the oil drain hole.
1. The original silicone rubber diaphragm has weak tear resistance and is easy to be damaged. Vika upgrades to use spun fiber + fluorosilicone diaphragm, which increases the thickness of the diaphragm, has stronger tear resistance, is more durable, and solves the problem of abnormal noise.
2. The original pressure relief valve is inside the pipeline, and the liquid oil is not easy to discharge. The vika pressure relief valve is outside the pipeline, and the excess liquid oil is easy to flow back, reducing the phenomenon of burning oil.
3. The original oil drain hole is narrow, with a diameter of 2.2mm, and the oil drainage effect is poor. Vika increases the diameter of the oil drain hole to 3mm, which has a good oil drain effect, is not easy to block, and reduces the phenomenon of burning oil.
