Bearing

1. The hardness degree reaches 0.8-1.5mm in HF heating process, and it can bear bigger radial force and tenacity. 100% passed noise & vibration test.

2.  Material for ball and roller is Cr15, with even hardness and high abrasion resistance.

Water seal

1. High quality ceramics seal Al2O3 prevent water leakage and reduce noise.

2. Good air-tightness, the volume of  leaking gas on the condition of a constant pressure is ≤2ml/min. The average wear loss of stationary seat is ≤0.02um/100h

3.  Material for the base is HNBR, increase the air-tight of products.

Impeller

1.  Impeller material is PPS+GF, with better kinetic balance and hard to distort or fall off.
